Problems with Authenticator App

Everything started as I didnt receive codes on my authenticator app when I tried signing in my student email. Due to this fact I deleted the authenticator app and installed it again. The problem that occured is that in order to login in the app I was required to receive a code form the same app.... which is impossible to be done as I am not logged in...

    Sounds like you'll need to restore from a backup.

    Then you'll need to recover the services of those accounts. As an example for your work or school account.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    if non of above options didn't fix the issue, you could contacting your IT administrator of Azure AD tenant then try out "Re-register MFA" option by going to Azure Active Directory > Users > Choose the user > Authentication methods > Require Re-register MFA so that when the user signs in next time, they're requested to set up a new MFA authentication method."
