Everything started as I didnt receive codes on my authenticator app when I tried signing in my student email. Due to this fact I deleted the authenticator app and installed it again. The problem that occured is that in order to login in the app I was required to receive a code form the same app.... which is impossible to be done as I am not logged in...

if non of above options didn't fix the issue, you could contacting your IT administrator of Azure AD tenant then try out "Re-register MFA" option by going to Azure Active Directory > Users > Choose the user > Authentication methods > Require Re-register MFA so that when the user signs in next time, they're requested to set up a new MFA authentication method."
