Help me, i can't open my C drive . It says " Application Not Found" . i can't put a screenshot bcs of this sorry. Please help me

If this error is seen for every drive (you may connect a USB stick to test), open a Command Prompt window and run the following command:
reg query hkcr\drive\ /s | clip
The output will be copied to the clipboard automatically.
Paste the output (Ctrl + V) into Notepad.

What happens when you press Shift + Right-click on the C: drive and click "Open"?
