What do I do???

I was bored one night going through my apps and deleting a bunch of junk and stuff. I also deleted the old c++ redistributables because I thought they were just junk. Next morning I check my pc and I have a lot of error messages showing up that said "The code execution cannot proceed because (something).dll was not found. This also happens when I open any game on my pc. What can I do to fix this? I am very worried I accidentally messed my pc up. I have a few screenshots of the error messages.

Thank you.

Hey, how you doing?

Thank you for contacting us and welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable to resolve the issue.

VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is a VC++ 2019 runtime DLL. Therefore, this error may occur if the Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not installed or the VCRUNTIME140_1.dll file has been corrupted or deleted.
