    Hello Tim,

Thank you for the assistance. However, I still have the same issues when I sign in.

The problem is that I can't sign in to my own account...

I always get the prompt to sign in when I start my PC, and when I sign in, it only provides the option to a temporary one drive.

For unknown reasons, I am unable to create another user. Also, I have tried to delete the registry key and replace it with my original key but it still didn't solve the issue.

I hope you can assist me with this...

    Thank you

    Hi,

I'm Tim, an Independent Consultant here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.

Is this to sign into your Microsoft 365 account?

    Kind regards

    Tim
