Low Disk usage Windows 10 64bit

Hello! I have a issue.

When im playing games my disk usage always 0-1% and the games running very poor.

My disk usage always maximum 2%

setup:

Intel core i5 10400f

Asus b560m-e

32gb hyperx fury beast ram 2666mhz

Geforce gtx 1660 super 6gb

Windows 10 home 22h2

All of the parts new on my pc and i have clean install win10

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

    I try valorant, csgo and other games have same problem

    Network capped in 1Mb/s maximum

    And disk reading and writeing very low speed..

    any idea?

    When i’m playing the read and write speed is slow.. usage very low and games not performing you know

    The games run slow

    This is a full fresh pc i think it’s not okay

    So there is nothing wrong with Disk Usage mainly on SSD Unit, which occurred high Disk usage on HD Units that have high Read and Constant Disk utilization, but SSDs do not occur since architecture are different.

    I have a samsung 980 500gb (win install)

    And have a pny cs900 1 tb for games
