Hello,

I've been having an issue with random bsod events. I'll be in the middle of something and randomly I'll get a bsod for a few seconds and then the system restarts. I did a complete refresh and re-install of windows and looks like nothing has changed. If possible I would appreciate any help with getting this issue resolved.

Here are the most recent minidump files:

Memory dump

In Event Viewer I have just pasted a few screens of the events around the crash:

I would appreciate any assistance, thank you!

    Hi Cindy,

After a couple days of no issues, I had the bsod again and no memory dump file created or updated.
Here are some of the screens of where the issue occurred in event viewer:

Not sure if this provides much information though.

    Any advice? Cheers

    Hi,

My name is Cindy. I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. I will do my best to help you with this problem.

Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees of Microsoft.

Thank you for the order. I reviewed the Minidump and it appears you are having a problem with the AV_nt!MiDeleteTransitionPte. This is part of the TiWorker.exe.

This can be fixed by updating the computer.

Check for new updates on your computer.

Please type the word update in the search and see if there are any new updates. Update if necessary.

On the same page click on the advanced or additional updates.

    Update.

Windows has a feature that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. I have enclosed the directions below. You can cut and paste the code.

    1. Type cdm in the search box. Do not hit enter.
    2. select Run as Administrator then hit enter.
    3. Then type without the quotes. "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit enter.

On the same page run these two scans.

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best Wishes,

    Cindy
