I have GIGAMAX pointer & old laptop (i3) , when i connect the devic it give me this "usb not recognised"

    I have found a solution ,

    I connect the reciever of my pointer via USB hub , so it work very god in all USB slots

    And do other accessories work in the same port that does not work with the pointer? Make sure to test out accessories that transfer data like a usb drive. This will help us check if the issue is with the port.

    it already works good in usb socket & does not work in the other usb at the same lap top
