I see. If you have no intention to use this computer in a company settings, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer support to see if you can exchange it for Windows 11 home or pro instead. If the Windows came with the device, you are on OEM license. So you will have get the support from manufacturer.
Setting up pc account
I’m setting up my pc and instead of asking me the type of account the screen just says sign in for work or school account, but my account is a personal account so I can’t sign in.

Is this your personal computer or is this a work/school device? Any chance you purchased this computer used or refurbished? Do you happen to know what Windows 11 edition you have there? For example, is it Windows 11 enterprise or education?
