Keys acting as if they are stuck while playing games

So, whenever I'm playing Minecraft and start walking, if I lift my fingers off the keys I continue to walk for 5 to 10 seconds. This also happens with the space bar. My keys are not actually stuck, but the game is acting as if they are. I even tried a different keyboard and it did the same thing. It was working perfectly fine until I uninstalled Cortana off my device and then the problem started to occur. I don't think uninstalling a random app would affect it, but I thought id add that detail. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, restarting my device and I've tried using Optifine, but the problem still occurs. I tried contacting Mojang and they told me it seems like a Windows problem and that I should contact help here

    Expand the "Keyboards" category.

Right-click on your keyboard device and select "Update driver".

Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software" and follow the on-screen instructions.

if it says " The best driver installed already"

Right-click the driver and select uninstall

    Restart your PC then check.

    1. Check your keyboard settings

Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.

    Click on "Devices", then "Typing".

Scroll down and make sure the "Typing" and "Hardware keyboard" settings are configured to your liking.

    1. Check for software conflicts

Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc.

Click on the "Startup" tab and disable any programs that might interfere with your keyboard.

    1. Run keyboard Troubleshooter

Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.

Navigate to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Look for the Keyboard and then Troubleshoot

This will detect the issue and automatically fix it.
