Thank you everyone, but Asus finally reproduct the problem and help me change the motherboard. It should be fixed.
Whea 47 Problem
I have a zenbook S13 OLED, ryzen 6800U with LPDDR5 6400.
It run fine, but when it goes into sleep mode, some memory error whill occured every several hours.
When I check event logger, whea-logger 47 will be seen.
And it will randomly cause my PC die while sleeping. I have contacted ASUS and send the PC to them, but they say they didn't find anything wrong. I am confused if it will only happen with my environment.(Reset OS, login into microsoft account for first setup, then it could happen)
Can anybody explain when and why whea-logger 47 can happen?

WHEA indicates a hardware issue usually.
