Hello, I have recently upgraded GPU's from a 1050 to 3060 Ti. With this, I have also bought a new PSU for it. Ever since I've got the two new hardware, my games (R6S, OW2, Fortnite, Ready or Not etc) have been crashing and sometimes I get the BSOD with error messages like KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or Kernel Power and nvlddmkm. Every day it crashes. I have fully uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled, didn't help.

    Hi,

I reviewed the files you sent over and there at two problems.

The first one is Overwatch.exe. You will want to delete this file as it causes problems on a computer. You may want to run Malwarebytes free version to find the problem and delete it.

The next thing you will need to do is to to the Intel.com website and update the PPM.

Once you are on the Intel Website, click on the Support button on the top.

    Then select auto-update drivers.

    Then update per their recommendations.

If the PPM is not updated, their support for assistance in finding the update.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best Wishes,

    Cindy

Hi Cindy, I have done all this yet the issues are still occuring except no BSOD, so far atleast. My games keep crashing. Would you be able to check the game's minidump files if that helps at all?
