Greetings,

As the title said, I got install error: 0x800f081f when updating Windows. Here is what I tried:

  • Use Get help, let it do something to my computer's services
  • Use built-in troubleshooter

My PC specs:

  • RAM: 4GB
  • HDD: 500GB
  • Windows Version I am currently using: 22H2 build 22621.525

And I also got the log file, and I found the error message at the last line:

{13A821DD-2778-463B-BBCD-9E6713F3BDD5}	2023-05-01 12:17:01:306+0700	1	182 [AGENT_INSTALLING_FAILED]	101	{466863CA-0A3E-44DF-B5CB-79B3C04A6DA4}	1	800f081f	MoUpdateOrchestrator	Failure	Content Install	Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800f081f: 2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5025239).	c9L8mPWl30CjAIkU.1.2.3.0

0x800f081f indicates missing source files. Please zip the contents of the folder "C:\windows\logs\cbs" and share it on OneDrive.

-or-

Run in-place upgrade to automatically fix the CBS issues. The latest quality update will be installed during setup.
