    Thank you for the screenshot.

Open the Registry Editor again, it will still be on the same page, in the right hand pane, double click DeviceDumpEnabled and set its Value Data to 0 and click OK.

Save that setting and restart (not shut down) your PC to apply that setting

    Hi IT Support Head Office,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If you delete that log file is it automatically re-created?

If it is, it is possible to stop Windows constantly creating that log file.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl

Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.
