Try update Microsoft Defender and run a full system scan with it and see what the result is?
PowerShell appears randomly.
PowerShell appears randomly, and it's not one window, it is' 2, and after several minutes from appearing, both of them take too much RAM. So, is that normal for this to happen or that's a problem or virus? And what happens if I uninstalled it from the computer? Is that impacts on my protection?s

The rogue PowerShell entries are eliminated. To remove the "internet-start" extension and to check Defender settings, redownload the updated fixlist.txt and run it. Upload the latest fixlog.txt.

Hi Ahmed,
If Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt windows are popping up randomly, it may indicate a malware or virus infection. I recommend installing Malwarebytes free version and checking for threats.

Additionally, it may be helpful to check for any recently installed programs or updates that could be causing the issue and try uninstalling them to see if it resolves the problem.
best regards, Ashwin J.
