2023-05-11T23:50:27+00:00 If you just turned it on for the first time and starting to set it up this is normal. The new computer probably isn't up to date. Just follow all the steps and set up your new computer.

There are a few reasons for that.
* The PC may not have a strong enough internet connection to download the updates.
* There may be a problem with the PC's network adapter.
* There may be a problem with the PC's hard drive.
* There may be a problem with the PC's operating system.
Here are a few things you can try to fix it:
* Make sure that your PC has a strong enough internet connection. You can do this by running a speed test.
* Try restarting your router or modem.
* Try connecting your PC to a different network.
* Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
* Reset your PC to factory settings.
II hope this helps!
