Hello, i could really use some help on my issue

while playing a game or some intensive work my pc screen turns black for couple of seconds and after that the screen turns to a solid color, and sometimes the monitor just says no signal, which forces me to shut down the pc and boot again, and when i boot to windows it shows the loading screen for a couple of seconds and the screen turns black again, which forces me to boot manually from BIOS
i tried reseating my GPU and rams, i tried installing a fresh Windows 10
i tried changing the GPU Cables, i tried changing NVIDIA drivers
nothing worked for me, i set up Driver Verifier and the BSOD says that the driver causing the problem is CMUAC.sys
here are the minidumb files and the MEMORY.DMB file:

Depending on the minidump files, the cause of the issue is C-Media USB Audio Class Driver.

Kindly right-click on Start > Device Manager > Expand audio drivers > Take a screenshot and post it back.

Click on Start > Settings > Type System Information and hit enter > Take a screenshot and post it back.

    Hi DefAbb,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump file indicates CMUAC.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to the C-Media USB Audio Class Driver.

Kindly disable the driver verifier first, then go to the manufacturer's official website and update all related audio drivers.

Or, go to the cmedia official website to see if there are any available driver updates.

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
