Bitlocker recovery key loop

Hello,My pc shut down suddenly and after turning it on again it went into the bitlocker recovery page. It used to have the "skip this drive" option but I can't see it after entering the recovery key and it's looping it back to the recovery page again no matter what. I have 1 drivers, one is C SSD where the Windows is installed . Things I've tried:- ESC button for more recovery options, which doesn't work, it just loops back to the recovery page of bitlocker where it expects the key.- Enabled secure mode on BIOS. It is currently still

Thank you for writing. You will not be able to bypass the Bitlocker Key. This has been set in place to protect access to the data on the computer in case it has been taken by an unauthorized person.

The Bitlocker key can be found on your Microsoft account. I have enclosed the directions below.

Have you compared the Bitlocker key to the key on your Microsoft.com account?

Please go to Microsoft.com and sign on to your account.

Then click on My Microsoft Account

Click on view details for the computer with the problem.

Then click on the Manager Recovery Keys.

You should see the key for your computer.

It is possible to copy and paste the code into the box on the page.
