windows security error cannot be open, how to fix it?

my windows security can not be access to turn on, it's disabled

    My name is Vitor. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

    1. Click the Windows search button.
    2. Type Windows PowerShell and right click to run as administrator.
    3. Paste the command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

    1. Then restart your computer and check if it fixed.
