Good day George, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. Kindly check and try the below and see how it goes.

    Method 1:

    • Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features
    • Look/search for MS Store from the list
    • Click on it and then click on Advanced options
    • Click on Reset and a pop-up will appear to confirm the reset and click on Reset from there as well
    • After doing the above, try the Store again

    Method 2:

    • Open This PC on the desktop, look for the View tab and check mark the Hidden items
    • Go to the following path

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache (the username is the one set on your PC)

    • Look for the folder named cache if you find the Cache folder then rename it to Cache.old
    • Then create a new folder and name it Cache. If the Cache folder doesn’t exist by default, simply create the empty new folder and name it Cache. Now close File Explorer and reboot your PC and try the Store again afterwards
    • In the event that this will still not work, try to re-register the Store and you might also want to consider is to re-register the Store and kindly refer to the link below

    Method 3:

    • If you have already tried or done with the above or done with some other troubleshooting steps and it is still not working, the other thing that you can do is that since nothing else works for the time being is that you can do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This will reinstall Windows while having files intact, the programs and settings intact as well. You can head over to the link below for the MCT.
