I have met the BSOD errors in these days. In the event viewer found this message: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa40490ef8c90, 0xffffa40490ef8be8, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: eb376c6f-3f4e-42f9-817b-34a737d62271."

Who would be able to help tell me how to fix it? How can I upload the dump file here?

here is the info from WinDbg:

"BLACKBOXWINLOGON: 1PROCESS_NAME: msedgewebview2.exeERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000409 - The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.EXCEPTION_CODE_STR: c0000409EXCEPTION_PARAMETER1: 0000000000000003EXCEPTION_STR: 0xc0000409

    Hi Ming,

The minidump shows you are having a problem with the dxgmms2.sys. This usually indicates the graphic drivers need to be updated on the computer.

You are having a problem with your graphic card drivers being out of date.

You will want to make sure your computer is currently up to date.

This can be done by typing update in the search on the taskbar and opening the page.

Update the computer. Click on additional or advanced options on the same page and update if necessary.

    ___

Uninstall and reinstall the Graphic drivers

Please type Device Manager in the search and open the page.

Click on Display Adapters. You should now see the Drivers.

You will want to right click on the Display driver and uninstall it. not the NVIDIA Drivers if equipped on your computer).

Then restart the computer. Windows will reinstall the driver and many times fix the problem.

    _____

You will want to go to the NVIDIA website and download the most recent drivers.

    ___

If you continue to have a problem, go to the maker of your computer such as Dell, HP, etc. It is their responsibility to make sure your computer has the proper drivers so their computer will work with Windows. You will want to download the most current Display Adapter drivers. Their support can assist you if you have a problem.

Please let me know if you continue to have a problem.

    Best Wishes,

    Cindy
