Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, the file seems to have permission wherein the owner can only be the one to edit or upload it, in addition, does it only happen with that specific Word file? in addition, can you try to open the file, click File > Save as >, save to your desktop, and try to upload again?

Or try to copy the files, paste them to a different location, and try again.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard

    Hi Bernard,

Thanks for your reply. It happened to all files not able to upload. As your suggestion, I tried edit the file have managed to edit, save as and save to and this new file is able to upload. The old file is still not able to.

I'm worried now that all my files have to be done this way as I have too many files to do it this way manually.

Hi, thanks for replying, seems that the permission is edited, if it's saved to a folder, try to move the folder to your desktop and check it again, in addition, please change the permission of the folder where it was all stored by following the steps from this link:

From your link, I've tried Option 1 and created "Everyone" but didn't work.

Tried Option 2 (To Add User or Group and Set Permissions for File, Folder, Drive, or Registry Key in Advanced Security Settings) but I see a few names. Can some of this be deleted now such as "Everyone" which I created just now and allowing SKY for full access to everything?

Yes you can, but it is okay not to delete it, if it's a personal device that is okay, in addition, after you do the steps, is it all good now?
