Hi Kirakosyan, please provide logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) and I'll provide a complete fix for you.

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Run FRST and press Scan. Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Zip the logs and share on OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service, then post the share link.

    * Note: If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen will initially block it.

Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep -> Show more -> Keep anyway.

Hi, I am Dhanam, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Rundll32.exe is a crucial part of Microsoft Windows that's made to launch functionality based in Windows DLL (dynamic linked library) files. For example if you're using a Windows app that needs a DLL rundll32.exe will make it possible for that app to use the DLL it needs to operate.

I refer to do a full scan using Windows security:

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Virus & threat protection.

Under Current threats, select Quick scan (or in early versions of Windows 10, under Threat history, select Scan now).

please refer this page also: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

This is a public user-to-user support forum. I'm a user like you helping other users. I do not work for Microsoft and do not have access to any user accounts.

I hope this can help you. If this still can't solve your problem, just let me know and I'll do my best to try to help you.

    Regards,

    Dhanam,

    Independent Advisor.
