Weird noises from pc

Hello everyone.

So... this problem I have is really weird.

Randomly when playing, or just scrolling through web, there is a noise.

It sounds like static noise, but I only hear it when I do something like scroll, hover on something and so on.

Its hard to explain... its like when my pc is trying to do something, when its trying to draw something(maybe something is up with my gpu?).

That noise is coming in my headphones and from my pc at same time.

I installed latest drivers for literally everything for my pc and its still doing it.

to be honest everything started after I changed my GPU and Power Supply. I dont think its cause of power supply so maybe I have to do something with my gpu?

I had gt520 gpu and upgraded it with rx580 8gb.

the problem is hard to explain and also hard to get, but if you have any ideas please help me.

    Hi giorg1,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If you have updated all your drivers, it is most likely this is caused by static discharge, have you tried moving the cabling around inside your PC case to see if you can stop that noise?
