I don't know why, but my system experienced the BSOD twice. The first time was unexpected. Normally, my PC goes into sleep mode every 5 minutes, but this time when I tried to come back from sleep mode, the system crashed.

I had also undervolted my CPU one month ago, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues.

Here is reliability history
1st time LKD_0x1D4_COMMAND_EXECUTION_FAILED_0x12_UcmUcsiAcpiClient_UcmUcsiCx!UcmUcsiCx::GenerateCommandTimeoutDump

2nd time 0x1a_61948_dxgmms2!VIDMM_RECYCLE_HEAP_PHYSICAL_VIEW::UnlockRange

Thanks for the reply.

The first memory dump has an error in the dxgmms2.sys file which may be related to old and corrupt video card drivers on your Windows.

Follow the methods below to try to resolve the issue.

Reinstall Graphics Driver

  1. Press Windows + R keys to open Run.
  2. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
  3. Expand the Display adapters.
  4. Right-click on the target graphics card and select Uninstall device.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Go to the GPU manufacturer's website, download and install the latest driver.

Run System File Checker (SFC)

  1. Press Windows key, type "cmd".
  2. Right-click in Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator". Click "Yes".
  3. Type dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter.
  4. Type again sfc /scannow and press Enter.
  5. Wait for the end and restart your computer.

The second error is memory_corruption. Specifically a hardware error (as you can see in the screenshot).

    Check you memory RAM

    1. Press Windows key and type "Windows Memory Diagnostic" and press Enter.
    2. Click to "Restart now and check for problems (recommended).
    3. During the process, check for any errors.

If you have more than one RAM in your computer, do the following:

    1. Remove all RAM.
    2. Insert only one memory into the motherboard slot.
    3. Turn on the computer and check if the memory error goes away.
    4. Do this for the other memories and swapping the slot.

NOTE: Be sure to perform the switch procedure with the computer completely turned off.

    Hey, how you doing?

Thank you for contacting us and welcome to the Microsoft Community.

My name is Vitor. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

BSOD is usually caused by hardware or software. Some hardware may have been installed incorrectly, is incompatible, is heating or is defective.

In the software part, it may be with a bus version, outdated or incompatible.

I am leaving some recommendations of what to do to solve the problem.

Send me the dump file so I can analyze it, you can upload it to your OneDrive account and insert the share link.

To find the dump files, follow the steps below

    1. Press Windows + R keys to open Run.
    2. Copy and paste the %SystemRoot%\Minidump command and press Enter.
    3. The memory dump files will be there, send the most recent one.

I wait for the file to do an in-depth analysis and send assertive recommendations.

    Thanks

    Vitor S.
