Hello, I apologize for the late response, but the issue stopped. I still occasionally get an invisible program preventing shutdown for a split second, but it does not really bother me. Do you have any idea what it could be? I haven't tried a clean boot yet, but I think it would be the same as I haven't seen the invisible programs in the task bar again.
Invisible programs in task bar upon startup
Recently, I noticed the OneDrive folder icon appearing in my task bar for a split second when I start up my computer. The cursor also shows the "loading" circle around 10 times for the first few seconds after my computer is turned on. Nothing in the startups tab in task manager looks out of place. I decided I didn't need OneDrive, so I uninstalled it in the Apps & Features menu. I restarted my computer and it didn't show up anymore. However, 2 programs without an icon appeared in the task bar this time, and they disappeared even faster than the OneDrive file. I couldn't take a screenshot, but it looks like this.

On the shutdown screen, programs without a name say they are preventing shutdown every once in a while, but for only a split second as well. Kaspersky and Malwarebytes Free haven't detected any threats. I also used Process Explorer a little ago and enabled the VirusTotal feature, and nothing seemed strange. It wouldn't surprise me if these were processes by Windows, as I haven't seen any symptoms of malware on my computer, but if you have any idea what these are, or you have the same problem, please let me know.

2023-04-20T19:07:25+00:00 Hello OrangeCrab21,
My name is Nada an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.
I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.
I suggest performing a clean boot. Clean boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background app is causing the issue.
You can simply follow this link how.

If the issue persists, I recommend running the system file checker. The system file checker allows you to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue.
Kindly follow the steps on this link.
