Sorry but how did you obtain the Enterprise license?
Windows 11 crashing.
Hardware.
2x MSI G281UV Monitors. RTX 3060Ti graphics. Rog Strix B550-F Motherboard. Atmos soundbar driven by HDMI and monitors on DP. Windows 11 all drivers and windows up to date. I'm using enterprise if that makes any difference.
Issue.
A problem over the last couple of days has just started happening. If I switch between windows 11 and my cable box it's fine but when I switch back even though the cable box is in a different HDMI port in the soundbar my windows 11 locks. The mouse and keyboard stop working. The event log gives me nothing other than an unexpected restart. I try to shut down with the power button on the PC but that doesn't work either. Done error checking on all drives and sfc scan. Cleared all error log issues from the event log other than SECP certificate failed but I can't see that causing this problem.
I am at a loss as to what this is and why it is now happening. No new software installed other than graphics driver but that was a while back and this is more recent unless it's a windows update clash I'm not aware of. Any help would be appreciated.

2023-05-14T18:07:18+00:00 I'm using enterprise for personal use for the extra control it gives me plus I paid for a license on Win 10 so why not. So I am technically the system administrator. I don't have a domain as such. I just tried switching a different way (football just finished here in the UK) where I flip the monitor then the sound bar then turn the cable box off and no crash. I don't get how the monitor switching signals in it's own can crash the computer. Maybe it's something in the initialisation and hdr enabled code that interferes with the system and other devices? It could be a fault in the Nvidia drivers? I'll just have to see how I get on and monitor it for now. Thanks for your help.

2023-05-14T17:38:05+00:00 Please try a Method 1 and check if it is possible to generate memory dump.
And seems it would be better to ask your company system administrator for the help because some corporate settings may have the effect.

2023-05-14T17:24:38+00:00 Hi Igor,
I'm going to try before I go into memory dumps to see if we can work this out first.
So as I said two 4k hdr monitors on displayport. atmos soundbar on hdmi set to 800x600 as all I'm using it for is the sound.
When I first boot Windows 11 the soundbar isn't detected correctly no matter how I set it up before I boot. On reboot it all starts working. So that's one issue. Cable box is only switched on when using it which isn't very often.
When I switch my monitor to HDMI for the cable box after switching the soundbar. The monitor on DP re-initializes and windows continues to work.
The issue is when I turn the cable box off. The monitor I am using for Windows goes blank and the monitor I was using for the cable box switches to windows but the keyboard and mouse are now dead. I try using the power button to shut down but that doesn't work and I know I don't have anything open that needs user input to confirm shutdown. The event log only gives me unexpected shutdown so it hasn't actually crashed all it has done is completely locked me for some reason so I can't do anything. If I have a messenger window open and someone is typing a message that also stops as I see someone is typing and I'm expecting a message (watching football I am discussing so the messages are pretty often while it's on) but I can't see it till I reboot. So I can only assume the screen is also locked along with the keyboard and mouse. Sometimes the keyboard disappears as I can't use caps lock or num lock but the mouse seems to stay connected but unusable (I'm using iCue if that is of relevance).
I hope that explains it fully and if you have ideas it would be appreciated as I'm at a loss.
Thanks.

Please try a methods described at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client... and share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis if they will be created.
