I have a partitioned drive C for Apps and D for data. Somehow my users folder has moved to the desktop. Instead of D:\users\my name when I check properties - my name is on the desktop in a blue folder. And when I click that documents are a grey folder not the usual yellow, downloads folder is in my video folder and Pictures has an image instead of usual yellow folder. Please help!

    Hi Memsahib,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.
