I am having weird problem. My touch screen works fine when I'm logged in as an administrator but when my additional family members logs in as standard user, they are not able to use touch screen. I can't even calibrate the screen from thier account. I couldn't find any online fix either. Can someone help?

    Thank you for your response.

Have you ever tried to try the standard user as administrator temporary to check if there is a problem on user account type? Make sure you can roll back in account type to standard user once you try, to keep your device secured.

    1. Win Key > Settings >Accounts>Family & other users > click other user change account type from standard user to administrator.

If the problem works only in administrator, I suggest to try contact Microsoft Help Support.

    Hi Hanem,

Really appreciate your prompt reply. I have already done that but it didn't help. There're no pending updates either.
