It gets stuck frozen and doesnt reboot or resume. I have to hold the power key down to restart it.

It happens randomly , i could be doing nothing, watching youtube or a game.

Hello Anthony. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

How long is the freeze, is it brief and then resumes? Or does it require restarting, which is a crash?

    1. Try these fixes for WHEA logger Event ID 17 error, which are not hardware or brand specific:

    https://naplestech.com/whea-logger-error-event-...

    https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/C...

    1. The Display driver is so important here that merely updating it might not be enough. Try everything here to make sure:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. If those don't' help then try these general fixes for Freezes in Windows 10 which work more often than not:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
