Hello Maxim,
My name is Hanem, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.
I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.
I recommend running the system file checker. The system file checker allows you to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue.
Click Start.
In the search bar, type CMD.
Right-click CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator.
On the User Account Control (UAC) prompt, click Yes.
In the command prompt window, type SFC /scannow and press Enter.
Restart your device after applying the changes.
Also, make sure you are running the latest Windows version which is 22H2.
- Press the Windows key + R to open the run tab
- Type in "winver" and hit enter.
If it is not showing version 22H2, you can update it through this link by just clicking on "Update Now".

For Windows 11, you can go to this link and click on "Download Now" under "Windows 11 Installation Assistant".
