    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Please check your BIOS settings”; your computer's TPM settings are likely disabled. To enable TPM, you can enter the motherboard’s BIOS and look for the option named Security, then locate TPM, Intel Platform Trust Technology (IPTT), or AMD CPU fTPM and enable TPM visibility.

    You can open Device Manager and uninstall the TPM driver, then do a hardware scan to detect the TPM as a security device and use the Microsoft driver. Restarting the PC and entering the BIOS configuration screens again may also help.

    Ensure your Processor support TPM. You can check it by visiting its manufacturer's website.
