Thank you for that information, in that case, I do not see any problem with the storage on your drive, while it is okay to disable all other features, it is definitely not a good idea to disable Virtual Memory, that can cause many problems in Windows.
Why?
In Settings>System>Storage>Show more categories>System & Reserved, the "System Data" only nearby 6GB but when I enter the "Windows" folder properties, the size of the folder is over 8GB. I wonder is there any unecessary in "Windows" folder. And how to delete them?

Yeah, for your question, I turned off System Protection and System Restore Point. And the virtual RAM current not set. Because in System & Reserved, only "System Data" show. That mean all kind off hibernation feature, virtual RAM feature, reserved data and system restore point are not available at the moment

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
It sounds like your system storage is being reported incorrectly, and that storage section in the Settings app is known to have many bugs, Windows has always had difficulty calculating folder contents and sizes.
Are you using a standard version of Windows 11 or something like Windows Lite?
Click the link below to download a small free utility named Treesize.
https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free
Important - to run TreeSize, you must right click its icon and choose Run as Administrator.
Please provide a screenshot of your C drive in that TreeSize utility, so I can see your hard drive and work out where that space is being used and if there is an underlying problem.
