help my computer keep going into bsod kernel-power volmgr

  1. installed some scatchy security program that im forced to install
  2. while playing COD warzone yesterday first bsod ocured. shruged if off and went to bed
  3. play warzon agiain and got bsod again twice

no minidump folder or memory file in windows forder. sorry

in event viewer

found kernel-power, volmgr error thrice

tryed rebooting, uninstalling aformentioned scatchy security program, cheked all driver/windows update but all up to date

    1 yes i have ipad and used it with splashtop software

    1. couldn't find any error in device manager
    2. followed every step to the letter and gave a full reboot for good measure. but still crashed while match making in cod warzone

    here's eventviewer just after crash(bsod) and reboot

    just got bsod again playing game other than cod warzone

    Thanks for sharing the event viewer log.

    Have you connected the Apple Mobile Device to your computer recently? Have you tried to transfer any data from your Apple mobile to your computer?

    Kindly check Device Manager to see if there is any driver with a yellow exclamation mark on it. If so, please update it only from the manufacturer's official website.

    Meanwhile, try the steps below to fix the issue:

    1-Check for updates:

    Go to Settings > Update > Check for update > Install all the pending updates

    2-Uninstall any third-party security software and scan for viruses & malware with the free Malwarebytes:

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

    3-Run Command Prompt as administrator. Type this command and hit enter:

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Then, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

    i also tried safe boot. nothing happend

    i was successfully recreate bsod by playing cod warzone
