My computer keeps crashing, I’ve tried many solutions but I cant figure out the issue the error I’m getting is The computer has rebooted from a bug check. The big check was 0x0000013a (0x0000000000000009, 0xffffc389ab010000, 0xffffc389bdbdb6f0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Memory.DMP. Hi, thanks for the detailed reply, and I really appreciate your effort, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there is an error rcbottom.sys, it is actually a RAID Driver on the PC, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Storage Controller

-Look for StoreMI or RAID or similar value

    -Right-click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver then click and install it.

If same issue I suggest visiting the support page of your PC manufacturer and then downloading and installing the recommended SATA or RAID Driver as well as BIOS update.

https://1drv.ms/f/s!An2s1oZPdVVUkhMwdlhMLsMVFK7e?e=aaA0vF I think i did it right i just moved the dump files onto a folder and then transfered it to my one drive. Any help would be appreciated! a little bit more info for you though. My computer will run but when i run certain games it will give me the Bad_pool_Caller or the kernel corruption. Ive tried to use memory scans and ive updated all my drivers and used chkdsk and the scannow commands but it still didnt work, i then reset my pc with my personal files and that also didnt work so i just gave up and eventually reset everything and the problem is still there. Thank you again for even looking at it.

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open file explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage and please share the shareable link here.

Note: If you did not see minidump files, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:
