PC Crashing

I need help. Starting this last week, my PC has been crashing. Originally I had three driver crashes (two dmp files linked below). I updated drivers, etc. and tried to force it to happen again by doing the same thing I was doing when it crashed those times, but it won't give me the BSOD crash file anymore. Now, my event viewer shows the below error:

I have tried running SFC, DISM, and Mem Diagnostic Tool. I have run hardware troubleshooter, I have checked voltages in bios, I have performed a repair of windows, as well as a clean install. I have removed old Nvidia drivers and reinstalled them. I have checked for windows updates and am up to date. My BIOS is up to date. I have used older and newer GPU drivers. I have disabled FastStart for windows. I have adjusted the Nividia control panel settings. Nothing helps, and everything is up to date and reading healthy and good. I am at my wits end. I am a graduate student conducting research and I can't use a computer that keeps crashing. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP file you have, there is an error in nvlddmkm.sys, which is your Nvidia graphics card driver, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

We need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from installing the driver or uninstalling the driver from the device manager, kindly follow the steps from this link:

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Note: If the issue persists and since you have done reinstalling Windows, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Yes, reseat the GPU and try to move it to another slot, and make sure your connection is good, consider checking the power supply as well, there might be power loss.

Ah okay, I did it again and see if it resolves it. If not, should I reseat the gpu into another PCI slot to see if its a slot issue? Or even in the same slot to make sure connections are good?

Hi, thanks for that information, and yes that is the main issue, it should be all good after you do it, however, if the issue persists, there might be a hardware-related issue with the GPU or the Board itself.

SO I did that, and I am still getting the dwm error above. I am not sure if the nvidia error is fixed since I cannot get a crash file to generate. Thank you
