Hello, I bought a battery for my Toshiba Satellite L850, three months ago and today starting my laptop, battery shows 0% power. Yesterday it was on 100%. Do I need a driver or battery is damaged?

    Hi φαιδωνπαρασκευας,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Batteries in laptops use default Windows drivers, there is never a need to download a separate manufacturers driver.

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Batteries section

For each device in that section:

    Right click and choose Disable

Then right click and choose Enable

    Close Device Manager

Restart you laptop, is the battery charging correctly?
