Hello,

I encountered a serious issue with my computer today. While I was working, my computer suddenly restarted and displayed a blue screen. I'm extremely worried because I had a similar problem in the past where my hard disk failed, resulting in the loss of all my important files. I don't want to go through that again, so I'm reaching out for urgent assistance to identify and fix the underlying problem.

I used a software called "WhoCrashed" to gather some information about the bug, but I'm not sure how to interpret it or find the solution on my own.

I would greatly appreciate your expertise and guidance in resolving this critical situation. My main concern is protecting my data and ensuring the stability of my system. I can't afford any more disruptions or the risk of losing my files.

Please respond as soon as possible and provide instructions on what steps I should take to address the issue and prevent any further complications.

Thank you for your prompt attention and support.

Aanish

    Thanks Aanish.

No drivers were named in the crashes.

    The next step,

Let us try finding any misbehaving driver

    Enable Driver Verifier:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

(Must create a Restore point before)

Upload the newer dumps when you get Driver_Verifier_detected_voilation.

Please note that the system might crash before you reach the desktop-if it does please let us know so that we can guide you to disable Verifier.

New folder - Here's the link

I am currently utilizing Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and I would like to inquire whether it could be the underlying cause of the issue I am currently facing.
