"Unhandled exception has occurred" when I'm updating an app

Did a virus scan, NET Framework repair tool, sfc scannow already. Officially activated Win 11 with the latest updates by 22d of May 2023. Details below:

Is this Microsoft App or its Custom App developed by you or any third party Vendor ?

If it is custom App then It need to be Debug or Trace using Visual Studio or report it to App provider.

It's a custom app which I've bought. The developer says that the problem is on my side.

Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

Please try to re-run the Installer from source setup file.

or

Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Select this App > Right click -> Select Repair \ ReInstall -> Then Reboot your computer.
