No Audio Driver issue

Hi Team, we are facing major Audio issues with Window 11. Audio works fine on teams call but always shows No audio driver error on SIP calling app like Zoiper and Microsip. We tried all fix posted online like restarting system, uninstalling updates, reinstalling updated drivers, reinstalling window but this issue is very frequent. Is there anyone who can help us on this issue?

    If this issue only happens when using SIP calling apps like Zoiper and Microsip, the error may be caused by these apps.

    I suggest:

    1. Clear app cache
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
    3. After each step test it to check if already working.
