I’m facing an issue with an app called bluebook when I try to open it, it is showing “an unexpected error has occurred, closing the app”. I thought updating my laptop could help this then I tried to update my laptop the latest update was KB5025239 and there is another update KB5025305 but I can’t download them it is showing download error 0x800f0805. Then I thought resetting this laptop could help me out when I tried to reset my laptop with cloud download option it is showing “unable to connect to server. Check your connection and try again, or select the local reinstall option.”

Please help me solve this problem as I have a test on may 6^th^ and I have to take the test in that app and I have to practice in that app please help me out ASAP.

    Hi there,

    Try the offline installer (.msu)

    2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5025239) windows11.0-kb5025239-x64_e9f2f715cfce56adc6b875512f0088aa4b3b10eb.msu

If that doesn't help, you may do a repair installation as per the instructions in this article → How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community. Your data, apps, and settings will be preserved by default during a repair installation.
