    I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you. I can see here that your DataStick Pro is not being recognized by your computer.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made?

    Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

    May I know if you can use other flashdrive on your computer?

    Have you tried to use your DataStick Pro to other computer? Is it working?
