Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10/11 build are you running - 21H2 or 22H2?
Have you checked the Acer website for any driver &/or BIOS updates?

Also try an external mouse to see if the problem remains as there may be a hardware problem.
If the problem began recently then can you remember whether something happened prior to it starting - say Windows/driver update?
