I have windows 10 and I am unable to clear blue screen error. My only option available is troubleshooting using command prompt. Is it possible for me to reinstall windows 10 using command prompt and where can I find the instructions? In addition, what other commands can I use to troubleshoot?

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

What exactly appears on that blue screen? Can you send a picture?

Have you tried using the recovery options "Startup Repair" and "System Restore"?

These options are in the same place used to open the Command Prompt.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for your help.

When I boot up my laptop this screen pops up.

Then I select troubleshoot and this comes up.

The only option that works is command prompt.

    Thanks,

    TJ
