When I shut down my laptop a pop-up will come as "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000762279D2." I'm using Asus tuf f15 laptop by the way..

That error can be very hard to trace if the name of the software is not displayed on that error, because the text you provided only indicates the location in RAM of the software.
Usually it is some app running n the background when you try to shut your PC down, try to minimize any apps that start with Windows and run in the background to see if you can stop that error on shutdown.
