Bluetooth keeps losing connection.

Hello everyone,

My Bluetooth loses connection constantly.

That is the phenomenon of losing connection and then having it back continuously, causing bluetooth connected devices such as keyboards and headphones to work intermittently.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Currently I am using Asus ROG Strix G15 laptop.

  • Ryzen 6000 series
  • RTX 3060
  • 16Gb RAM
  • Winver: Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1485)
  • Bluetooth version:
  • Mediatek Bluetooth Adapter: 1.930.2.230
  • Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator: 10.0.22621.1413
  • Device Identification Service: 10.0.22621.1413

Thank you so much!

Best Regards.

    Hi tuanthuphap,

Thanks for the response. May I know when did the issue start? Any changes made?

Please shutdown your computer and wait at least 3 minutes before turning it on.

Then please check if the issue still persists.

    Thank you,

    Christine
