'Windows Update' - Problems to Update

Hello,

I have problems with Windows Update.

Every time I click on "Check for Updates" and updates are available - they disappear directly after I click download.

When I then do Troubleshoot of "Windows Update" it detects problems which it "solves"... However, the problem persists.

I am not sure how to tackle this, or how to check if they somehow been installed (which they clearly are not).

No matter what, I am pretty sure it is vital to update all necessary things.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    From the information you provided, your Windows appears to be up to date with the latest build. So it might be an upgrade to another product.

    Can you tell me which update is showing this behavior?

    Also, send a screenshot of the update history.

    • Press "Windows + I" and select "Windows Update > Update history";

    Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
