Hello Vinicius!
Thank you for that. The Bluetooth adapter that comes built in the motherboard is a Mediatek adapter. Can I still follow the above steps?
Thank you,

Hi All,
Looking for help on this issue I have not been able to find a solution for. I am getting this live Kernel event error. no blue screen, but makes bluetooth stop working and disconnects + reconnects all my USB devices. I also get a Port Reset Failed error on a USB device. I disable and enable it, and then it disappears and Bluetooth works again and pops up in the system tray. I have reinstalled windows 11 Pro multiple times. My processor is only a year ish old when I bought it. I replaced the motherboard twice and still have the same issue.
My Specs are as follows:
ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS WIFI II
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics
ASRock RX 6800 Phantom Gaming D OC
Thank you all, please let me know what more info you need!

Hi, Sebastian. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.
You can try configuring Bluetooth manually as legacy hardware. Do this by opening Device Manage. Select your computer, which should be the top and parent entry for all other devices listed. Then select Action -> Add Legacy Hardware from the toolbar. Click through the wizard, selecting Install hardware selected manually from a list (Advanced), and then choosing Network adapters as the hardware type. In the list of network adapters, look under Intel Corporation and select the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz (Windows) model (make sure you select the Windows option, not Intel) and continue.
Let me know if it works
