Hello,

i am getting multiple BSODs, while playing Black Desert Online. I've already tried /sfc, /dism.exe and chkdsk scans, but everything seems to be correct. System is stable while its running idle, but under load it return BSOD. I updated chipset and graphic card drivers from manufacturer's website. Windows Update says that everything is actual. Moreover i have run memtest and Windows memory diagnostic tool to check if my RAM is faulty, but it passed these tests. I've reinstalled Razer Central and Aura Creator as they could be causing my problems, but it didn't work. Could you help me, please? Here are my Minidump files

My setup:

MB: ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB TUF GAMING

RAM: 2x8 Kingston FURY Renegade DDR4 RGB

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Some of your minidumps mention memory corruption.

I suggest doing the following:

  • Go to the motherboard BIOS and check if you have any XMP/DOCP profile configured. Disable it, leave it as default.
  • I noticed that the motherboard BIOS is outdated. I suggest you update it by following Asus's instructions.

Then see if the system will work stable.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

Outdated BIOS caused these problems. After I updated it all the problems disappeared. Even profile XMP is working properly.

    Thank You for help.
