Computer Crashes With No Load Randomly

My PC randomly turns off without any reason. I have ran the obligatory DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and SFC /SCANNOW as well as a chkdsk c: /f /r. Rolled back to a last known stable with system restore. Updated Graphics Driver (ASUS RTX 3090 STRIC OC) and rand windows updates, and the system still persists. I grabbed the minidump and analyzed. Please advise

This minidump mentions a network related driver.

Try doing a clean reinstallation of the network driver as instructed below.

Before starting the procedure, download the latest network driver from the link below.

Uninstall the current driver:

Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
Expand "Network adapters";
Right-click on the Intel Gigabit adapter and select "Uninstall device";
On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
Restart the PC.

Install the driver you downloaded and see if the system will work stable.

As for the problem you had when updating the BIOS, I suggest you contact Asus and see if you need to do some specific procedure to update the BIOS. Your motherboard's BIOS version is old, and Asus has already released several fixes and stability improvements. It is important that you update the BIOS and Chipset drivers.

The latest minidumps do not mention any driver as causing the crashes.
- Go to the support area of the Asus website, download the latest chipset drivers, and install them.
- I noticed that the motherboard BIOS is outdated. I suggest you update it by following Asus's instructions.
Then see if the system will work stable.

These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...), choose to share it, and get the link.
