Silhouette studio runtime error

I am using silhouette studio business edition and every time I try to install the font Nougat (true type) the program gives me this error:

Runtime Error

Press ok to continue

Press cancel to quit

Please report what caused this error along with the information below

Common\win32\graphicsD2D.cpp: 969

Failure condition: SUCCEEDED(hr)

CreateTextFormat failed: 80070057

If I uninstall the font, the program works as normal. The only problem here is that I need that font for a birthday design. And the kid will be disappointed if I can’t make it.

Any ideas?

    Please uninstall then try reinstall the last version of software using Administrator privileges. Right click the setup file then click Run as administrator.
